  An Oxford graduate and founder of MBA, Stephen’s career spans many of the world’s most notable agencies and brands. His weekends are typically spent failing to balance the demands of his 2 great loves – his 4 children and Chelsea FC. Stephen also sits on the Board of the Marketing Society and the Council of the IPA.

  Joining Yellowhammer early in its inception makes Graham probably one of the original integrated creative people in London. When he isn’t working, Graham loves to spend his time experiencing a range of different courses – golf courses that is!

  James started his career at WWAV Rapp Collins working on the Carling, P&G and Hilton accounts. More recently he has applied his broad range of digital and direct experience to running the international business on Yahoo!, Accor Hotels and Embraer Jets. A keen traveller, when James isn’t working you’ll probably find him somewhere sunny getting eaten alive by mosquitoes.

  Paul studied economics at Sydney University before embarking on his advertising career at Euro RSCG. This included a client secondment in Shanghai, where apart from developing a taste for fine Asian cuisine, he also became somewhat of a data expert. A keen sportsman as well, Paul’s idea of relaxing is a 2 hour run before work!

  Planning Director

  James takes the strategic lead across all aspects of Planning including Brand, Communications and Data. He developed his approach working on the likes of Shell, Royal Mail, Porsche, John Lewis and Peugeot. When he's not checking his RSS feeds or Twitter you are likely to find him arrhythmically strumming his guitar or watching "In The Night Garden" with his sons.

  Finance Director

  An economics graduate from Exeter University and qualified ACA via Deloitte’s, Paul has worked at MBA since 1998. Paul’s loves include Arsenal football club and Rome where he has a second home and spends many a weekend enjoying the Italian way of life.
